Online purchases

Online purchases of unaltered, undamaged items and in their original packaging can be returned for credit, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of original purchase. All merchandise must have the receipt for all returns or exchanges. We recommend using a traceable carrier, and insuring your package for the full value of the contents. S. R. BLACKINTON is not responsible if these shipments are lost by the carrier or not received at our facility. Please keep track of your return tracking number.

Once your merchandise has been verified to be in its original condition, we will process and email a copy of your credit receipt to be used for a future purchase.

Please Note: Personalized and custom-engraved items are not eligible for return.

Please use care when ordering and call us at 401-231-1721 if you have any questions about engraving or about any of the items on our web site. We will take all of the time you need on the telephone to answer your questions before placing a special order.

Please double-check the spelling and other details of your engraving request before you submit your order. We can’t be responsible for spelling or engraving errors made by the customer.
